However, there are always kind-hearted individuals who offer these abandoned feline friends a second chance at life. Five little kittens were doomed from the start due to being abandoned in the countryside. Among them was Speedy, who was in terrible condition. But it appears that fate had better plans for Speedy and his adorable siblings.
Can you tell me the story of how Speedy became a part of your life?
One day, Speedy and his siblings were abandoned on the street behind my house in the countryside. The next morning, two of them came to my garage, including a curious yellow tabby whom I named Sparky. Speedy was terrified and hesitant to come inside, but after some coaxing, he finally entered the garage. However, catching him proved to be quite a challenge. After about two hours of trying, I finally caught Speedy by dropping a box over him. He quickly realized I wasn’t going to harm him and settled down. Given his quick movements and evasive nature, I thought “Speedy” was a fitting name for him!
How is his current condition?
He’s an adorable creature who enjoys catching various species of animals, such as flies, lizards, frogs, and occasionally birds. He finds pleasure in running around the yard and playing in the garden’s soil.
What are his preferred activities?
His favorite leisure pursuits involve chasing Sparky, his best friend, and wrestling with Moxey, his younger sibling. Additionally, he loves cuddling and putting his cold nose on my face. He also likes to sit on my head at night and bite and pull my hair. Furthermore, he relishes Cheetos while snacking.
Is he living with other pets at his residence?
Yes, he has a brother named Sparky, along with two other litter mates named Stormy and Sunny, who were all abandoned. However, they reside outside. I’ve been able to trap them and have them neutered and vaccinated. They have a good relationship, and Sparky never leaves his brother’s side, always guiding and protecting him. Besides that, there are two older sisters, Cookie (16 years) and Tinkerbelle (11 years). We also have two dogs, Diesel and Kimber, who he sniffs through the fence.
Meet Sunny and Stormy, the two brothers eagerly awaiting their breakfast! Despite having spent the entire winter outdoors, they have finally received medical treatment, including being fixed and vaccinated. However, they still prefer the freedom of the great outdoors. These brothers get along quite well with their fellow male feline companions.
